If by any chance you're not totally happy with the design, it’s not a problem! Just let me know, and i’ll be more than happy to have a friendly chat with you and make some tweaks to the design. We can adjust pet features, switch up the font style, or even modify the text if needed.

Absolutely! I totally understand if you want the flexibility to print your pet portrait elsewhere. Once I provide you with the digital file, it's all yours to do as you please. Whether you want to print it at home, take it to a local print shop, or even share it online, the choice is yours!

Absolutely! I love capturing the bond between furry friends. You can include up to 5 pets in one portrait, ensuring that all your beloved companions are featured together in a beautiful artwork. Additional pets within one design are +£30 each.

In the order form you have the option to attach photos of your pet(s), and write a description. I’ll make sure to include those special details in the portrait, ensuring a true representation of your pet's individuality.

Yep! I offer plenty of customisation options to make your pet portrait truly personalised. In the order form, you can specify the colours you prefer. If you're looking for a detailed background instead of a plain colour, no worries! There may be a small additional fee, but don't hesitate to share your requirements with me, and we can have a chat about it.

Anything you like - it's entirely up to you! Some customers love including their pet's name for that personal touch. Others prefer to add a special message, like a heartfelt "Happy Birthday [Name]" or "Congratulations [Name]".

The digital version of your pet portrait will be ready within approximately one week after receiving your order. If you have ordered a design with multiple pets, this may take a little longer. If you've also opted for a print, i’ll ship it to you within two weeks after your approval.

For your convenience and security, I accept various cards through SumUp secure online payments. That means you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you're more comfortable with PayPal, no problem at all – I happily accept payments through PayPal too. Whichever method suits you best, rest assured that your payment will be processed securely.

Your satisfaction is my top priority! If, for any reason, you're not happy with the digital preview of your pet portrait and would like a refund, I'm more than happy to oblige. However, please note that once you've agreed to the design and it has been sent over, refunds cannot be processed.
